Hi, I’m Cortney.

When I became a mother, everything shifted — my body, my mind, and my sense of time. As I settled into life as a parent and continued growing in my career, I found it increasingly difficult to prioritize my own health and wellness. The habits that once served me in earlier seasons of life no longer fit. I had to relearn what it meant to care for myself — not perfectly, but purposefully. Over the last two years, I’ve been rebuilding my wellness foundation with more grace, intention, and flexibility than ever before. That meant investing in support — including my own coach — and redefining what health looks like for me now, in this season of motherhood, a career, and everything in between.

I earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in nutrition in 2014 and began working in the food industry soon after, building a career in food and nutrition labeling. While my academic and professional background gave me a strong foundation of knowledge, it was becoming a mother in 2021 that truly reshaped my perspective. I came face-to-face with the mental, emotional, and physical demands of doing it all — and realized that wellness isn't just about information, it's about integration. I've learned what it means to navigate limitations — whether it's time, energy, or the stress of trying to do everything — and how important it is to meet yourself with realism and compassion, not pressure or comparison.

As a coach, I lead with a whole-person approach that’s nurturing, honest, and real. I believe wellness should meet you where you are — in the chaos, the quiet, and the messy middle. I’ll never tell you you’re not doing enough if you’re doing what you can. But I’m also a confident leader who will walk beside you as you make meaningful, lasting shifts.

Outside of coaching, you’ll find me experimenting in my new vegetable garden, taking walks in nature, spending time with my family, and soaking in the beautiful, imperfect life we’re building. Nourish Her Shift is the space where all of this comes together — a place to rediscover your rhythm, reclaim your energy, and nourish the woman you’re becoming.

I’m so glad you’re here.
